Richard DOMINGUEZ and Mary Lou Dominguez, Appellants v. CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, Appellee

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-CI-07410
Honorable Cathleen M. Stryker, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due December 21, 2015. We granted appellant an extension until January 20, 2016 to file the brief. Neither the brief nor an additional motion for extension of time has been filed. We therefore ORDER appellant to file in this court on or before February 4, 2016, his appellant's brief and a written response reasonably explaining his failure to timely file the brief. If appellant fails to file a brief and the written response by the date ordered, we will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a).
