ORDER

The reporter's record in this case was due August 28, 2017. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. The record has not been filed with the court. Appellant filed a statement of inability to pay costs in the trial court. The trial court held a hearing and issued an order in which it determined that appellant is unable to pay costs at this time. Appellant filed a motion to compel the court reporter to file the reporter's record. We grant appellant's motion and issue the following order.

In accordance with the trial court's order, we order Mindy Hall, the court reporter, to file the record in this appeal within 30 days of the date of this order.
