ORDER

The reporter's record in this case was due August 28, 2017. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. On March 10, 2017, the court reporter, Mindy Hall, notified this court that appellant made arrangements to pay for the record. On July 5, 2017, the court reporter notified this court that appellant had not made arrangements to pay for the record. On October 30, 2017, appellant filed a motion to compel the court reporter to file the record. In his motion appellant avers that he has made partial payment. The record has not been filed with the court. Because the reporter's record has not been filed timely, we grant appellant's motion and issue the following order.

We order Mindy Hall, the court reporter, to file the record in this appeal within 30 days of the date of this order. If no payment has been made for the record the court reporter is ordered to provide this court with accurate information.
