On June 21, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report. On July 13, 2023, respondent filed a First Supplement to Status Report. In the Status Report, as supplemented, respondent states that, on April 25, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico issued an Order of Discharge. Respondent attached to the First Supplement to Status Report a copy of that Order.
