Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Vaughan, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Judgment reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the finding that defendant was guilty of adultery was against the weight of evidence. All concur. (Appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in an action for absolute divorce.)
