REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

Presently before the court is a letter requesting dismissal of the habeas petition filed by Jean Dombrowski (“Petitioner”). Petitioner is a state prisoner at the Muncy State Correctional Institution. The Honorable John M. Gallagher referred this matter to the undersigned for preparation of a Report and Recommendation, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). It is recommended that Petitioner's habeas petition be dismissed.
RECOMMENDATION
AND NOW, this 10th day of April 2023, it is hereby RECOMMENDED that Petitioner's claims be DISMISSED, without an evidentiary hearing. No answer was filed by Respondents, and, therefore, Petitioner is entitled to voluntarily dismiss her action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a).
Petitioner may file objections to this Report and Recommendation within fourteen (14) days of being served with a copy of it. See Local R. Civ. P. 72.1(IV). Failure to file timely objections may constitute a waiver of any appellate rights.
