FRANK W. & MICHELLE D. DOLLARHIDE, et al., Petitioners, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

The three decisions in these cases were all appealed to the Ninth Circuit. After speaking with the parties, we ordered respondent to try to make an administrative abatement in docket number 23166-14, but that continues to prove difficult. We spoke with the parties on March 28, 2022 to discuss some ways forward to get these cases resolved. As a result it is

ORDERED that on or before April 29, 2022 respondent file a status report describing how he can administratively wrap these cases up (perhaps with an administrative abatement of the assessment in docket number 21366-14) or file an appropriate motion to vacate or revise any of the decisions in these cases. 1
