ORDER

This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Respondent's status report filed November 1, 2022, explains that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and anticipate filing a proposed stipulated decision within 45 days.

It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 16, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment filed September 8, 2022, and Motion to Proceed Remotely filed October 6, 2022, are denied as moot.
