ORDER

Pending before the Court are respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories and Motion to Compel Production of Documents, each filed October 19, 2023. Based on the representations made in the hearing held before the undersigned on May 22, 2024, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motions are granted in that the time within which petitioners are directed to respond to respondent's formal discovery requests, originally September 13, 2023, is extended to June 5, 2024.

Petitioners are advised that failure to comply with this Order could result in the imposition of sanctions if respondent so moves once the case is calendared for trial.
