Alina I. Marshall Judge.

On September 19, 2022, at 2:12 p.m., respondent filed a notice of intent not to file answering brief. On September 19, 2022, at 2:35 p.m., respondent filed a notice of intent not to file answering brief. For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's notice of intent not to file answering brief filed September 19, 2022, at 2:35 p.m., at Docket Index No. 38, is hereby stricken from the record.
