This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial.

On April 12, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that call, the Court suggested setting this case for a time and date certain, to which the parties did not object.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for remote trial at a time and date certain of 10:00am EST on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
