On March 14, 2022, this case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, was the place of trial. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Respondent appeared and was heard. Petitioner made an oral motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of this proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion for continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
