Action to recover damages for personal injuries. Order of the City Court of Yonkers, denying defendants' application to place the cause on the Military Suspense Calendar, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements (See Stupore v. Avanti Realty Corp., ante, p. 682.) Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
