ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF'S SECOND AND THIRD CLAIMS FOR RELIEF AND REMANDING ACTION TO STATE COURT

HON. JOSEPHINE LSTATON, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

The Court GRANTS the Parties' Joint Stipulation to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second and Third Claims and to Remand (Doc. 8). Accordingly, Plaintiff's Second and Third Claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and this action is REMANDED to Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. 23NWCV02617.
