On order of the Court, the motion for clarification of our order of July 30, 2002, denying the defendant's application for leave to appeal, is considered, and it is DENIED as unnecessary. The decision of the special panel of the Court of Appeals in Doe v Department of Corrections, 240 Mich. App. 199 (2000), remanded for further proceedings consistent with the prior decision in Doe v Department of Corrections, 236 Mich. App. 801 (1999).

Taylor, J., not participating.
