An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 23, 2019 which denied petitioner's motion to vacate the prior order of said Court entered on February 22, 2019, which directed the Clerk of the Court to seal the file in this action in its entirety, And petitioner-appellant having moved to modify the aforesaid order entered on February 22, 2019 to the extent of allowing certain potential amici curiae to access the record on appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, after the appeal has been perfected.
