Upon due consideration of the record in this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition and pay the $60.00 filing fee is extended to May 8, 2024. If, by May 8, 2024, petitioner does not file an amended petition and either pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of the Filing Fee, the case will be dismissed or other action will be taken as the Court deems appropriate.
