Respondent moves for leave to appeal to this Court from the interim order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about June 6, 2017, for a stay of the aforesaid order and any further proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
