Respondent-appellant, pro se, having moved for reargument of the decision and order of this Court, entered on June 1, 2017 (Appeal No. 4154), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and that portion of the order entered June 1, 2017 (Appeal No. 4154) addressing respondent's appeal is recalled and vacated and the Clerk of this Court is directed to restore respondent's appeal to the calendar for the March 2018 Term. The parties are permitted to submit supplemental briefs, should they so desire, solely with respect to any issues raised in respondent's brief.
