An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 17, 2019 which, inter alia, denied respondent-appellant's order to show cause, which sought forensic parent/child observation,And respondent-appellant having moved for, inter alia, a stay of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
