ROBERT PATRICK DOBBS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
On Appeal from the 219th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 219-84344-2022
ORDER
KEN MOLBERG, PRESIDING JUSTICE
Appellant's brief filed February 20, 2024, at page 56, twice gives the complainant's first name, and the complainant was a minor at the time of the offense.
Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed February 20, 2024, and we ORDER appellant to file on or before OCTOBER 14, 2024, an amended brief referring to any person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms, such as victim, complainant, etc.
