Judgments affirmed. In addition to the attorney's fee already awarded for the trial proceedings, the plaintiff is entitled to reasonable appellate attorney's fees and costs of appeal, all as to be determined by the trial court within the limitation imposed by G.L.c. 71, § 43B.
