ORDER OF DISMISSAL


In this bankruptcy appeal, debtor-appellant's March 17 application to set aside, expunge, strike, or modify the January 22 order of the bankruptcy court is found to be without merit and is DENIED, as are any other outstanding requests by debtor-appellant.

It is further ordered that this case is DISMISSED on the ground that debtor-appellant has failed to perfect the record on appeal in accordance with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8006.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
