MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it the parties' joint motion to dismiss. In the motion, the parties request that we vacate the trial court's judgment in favor of their settlement. However, the parties have not provided us with the terms of the settlement. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion in part, VACATE the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits, and REMAND the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
