This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's motion for stay (ECF No. 12) filed on September 12, 2012. In the motion, Plaintiff alleges he requires additional time to seek appellate review of a non-final order, the Order Directing Plaintiff to File Amended Complaint (ECF No. 8). Therefore, the motion for stay is DENIED.
