Subsequent to the signing of the Court's order of July 9, 2002, which granted the defendant's motion to stay discovery pending disposition of the motion to dismiss, the Court receiving opposing papers from the plaintiff. The Court therefore reconsiders its ruling sua sponte. Upon reconsideration, the Court adheres to the prior ruling.
