Applications for order directing the pro hac vice admissions of Ellen Elizabeth Hoeppner, Esq. and Jennifer M. Buckley, Esq., attorneys for the State of Michigan, pursuant to Section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, without costs, and Ellen Elizabeth Hoeppner, Esq. and Jennifer M. Buckley, Esq. are admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing Gail & Rice, Inc., upon the appeal.
