MEMORANDUM Opinion


The district clerk informed the Clerk of this Court that the trial court had granted a motion for new trial in the above cause. Accordingly, the Clerk of this Court advised the parties that the appeal was subject to dismissal and would be dismissed if a response were not filed showing grounds for continuing the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3. The Court has received no response. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Id.
