Appellant, who was found to be indigent, filed a notice of appeal on March 8, 2022, making the appellate record due on May 7, 2022.
Before the Court is court reporter Sasha Brooks's June 21, 2022 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed by July 22, 2022.
The clerk's record has not been filed. By postcard dated May 11, 2022, we notified Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre and directed her to file the 1 clerk's record by June 10, 2022. To date, the clerk's record has not been filed, and we have had no communication from Ms. Pitre.
We ORDER Dallas District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the clerk's record in this appeal within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Huff, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Sasha Brooks, official court reporter, 291st Judicial District Court; and counsel for the parties. 2
