Petitioner having moved to vacate the dismissal of this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on January 23, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Echo Westley Dixon sworn to March 15, 2018, and March 19, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, on the condition that petitioner files and serves a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before June 9, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before July 16, 2018.
