IN THE MATTER OF MATTHEW A. DIXON, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. TAYLOR R. CROW, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered May 8, 2019, and an application having been made by Elizabeth Vander Wal, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Children,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Gary Muldoon, Esq., 135 Corporate Woods, Suite 300, Rochester, New York 14623, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Children and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Children submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before October 1, 2020, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
