ORDER

PER CURIAM

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

On May 3, 2024, the Court requested a response from Appellants to Appellees' notice regarding bankruptcy stay and request for a briefing schedule. On May 24, 2024, the Court filed Appellants' response agreeing with Appellees' request for a briefing schedule. Therefore, on the Court's own motion, the above-styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED.

Further, the Court has this day GRANTED Appellants' motion for extension of time to file notice of restricted appeal. The clerk's record is now due to be filed on or before June 27, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
