On August 19, 2020, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment. In that document petitioner failed to redact identifying references to the target taxpayer in this case. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 345(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment, filed August 19, 2020, is sealed from public view and shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this proceeding, except by an Order of the Court.
