On January 14, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On January 21, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause as to why this case should not be dismissed and petitioner was instructed to respond in writing by February 4, 2022. There was no response from petitioner.
This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on February 7, 2022 and recalled on February 11, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard on the Court's Order to Show Cause. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is
