JUDGMENT


The Court has entered its Findings in the case, accepting the Findings and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. Therefore,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In addition, Plaintiff is prohibited from filing any future civil actions in the Northern District of Texas, either directly or indirectly by way of transfer, without first paying the required filing fee or obtaining prior authorization from a district judge or magistrate judge.

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall transmit to the parties a true copy of this Judgment, together with a true copy of the Order Accepting the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
