District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Apr 7, 1999
730 So. 2d 387 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 99-154

Opinion filed April 7, 1999. JANUARY TERM, 1999

An Appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Monroe County, Richard G. Payne, Judge; L.T. No. 97-1274.

Akerman, Senterfitt Eidson, George Volsky, Laura Thomas Rivero and Alise M. Johnson, for appellant.

Steven M. Goldsmith (Boca Raton); Imogene M. Synon, for appellee.

Before GERSTEN, GODERICH and GREEN, JJ.

Because the appellant has failed to demonstrate an abuse of discretion, Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.230; Union Cent. Life Ins. Co. v. Carlisle, 593 So.2d 505 (Fla. 1992), we affirm the trial court's denial of the appellant's motion to intervene.

Affirmed.
