On March 3, 2017, respondent filed a motion for assignment of a judge and a motion to stay proceedings. In an order issued by the Chief Judge, the motion for assignment of a judge was granted. Thereafter, consistent with the parties' consensus, the undersigned judge has not scheduled trial or other proceedings, but he has never formally acted on the motion for a stay. So as not to leave that motion pending any longer, it is
