        The motion by petitioner for leave to file a motion for reconsideration of the order denying petition for leave to appeal is allowed and the motion for reconsideration is allowed. The order entered on June 2, 1994, denying the petition for leave to appeal is vacated and the petition for leave to appeal is allowed. The motion by petitioner for a supervisory order is allowed. In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, 257 Ill.App.3d 383, 195 Ill.Dec. 538, 628 N.E.2d 1002, First District, in case No. 1-82-2213, is vacated. This cause is remanded to the Appellate Court for further consideration in light of this Court's decision in People v. Lewis, 158 Ill.2d 386, 199 Ill.Dec. 664, 634 N.E.2d 717 (1994).
