The petition for leave to appeal is allowed. In the exercise of this court's supervisory jurisdiction, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is ordered to vacate its order entered in this cause (No. 5-83-0339) on November 28, 1983, dismissing the appeal of Robert Swafford, d/b/a Swafford Masonry. The appellate court is further ordered to grant Robert Swafford 60 days from the receipt of this order for filing an amended brief of appellant. This cause is remanded to the Appellate Court, Fifth District, for further proceedings.
