The petition for leave to appeal is allowed. In the exercise of this court's supervisory jurisdiction, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Third District, is vacated, and the order of the circuit court of Peoria County denying the motion to transfer this cause from the circuit court of Peoria County to the circuit court of Kankakee County on forum non conveniens grounds is vacated. This cause is remanded to the circuit court of Peoria County for reconsideration of the forum non conveniens motion in light of Torres v. Walsh (1983), 98 Ill.2d 338.
