No abuse of discretion having been demonstrated as concerns the trial court's refusal to grant a temporary injunction, the appealed order is affirmed upon authority of Tamiami Trail Tours, Inc. v. Greyhound Lines, Inc., Southern Greyhound Lines Division, Fla.App. 1968, 212 So.2d 365, and First Nat'l. Bank in St. Petersburg v. Ferris, Fla.App. 1963, 156 So.2d 421.

Affirmed.
