The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 158 Conn.App. 454, 119 A.3d 621 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly uphold the trial court's determination that the defendant had not engaged in the ‘knowing misappropriation’ of his client's funds under Practice Book § 2–47A?” EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
