DISCIPLINARY CASES

On relator's October 24, 2017 motion for an order to appear and show cause. On November 8, 2017, this court ordered respondent to show cause why he should not be held in contempt. Respondent filed a response, and this cause was considered by the court.

Motion granted. Respondent, Richard Ahlman Oviatt, found in contempt and ordered to produce his responses to relator's discovery requests and to comply with the orders issued by the Board of Professional Conduct.

O'Neill, J., not participating.
