ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The Delayed Application for Leave to Appeal is GRANTED. The grant of the Application does not affect the applicability of the trial court's decision regarding the choice of school for the minor child ruling, pending completion of the interlocutory appeal in this case.

The appeal is limited to those issues raised in the Application for Leave to Appeal.

The Court encourages the parents of the minor child to immediately participate in facilitated meetings regarding the issues giving rise to this appeal and seek to reach an agreement that is acceptable to both parents.
