ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Based on the Stipulation of the parties and the joint Motion for Dismissal, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

1. All claims, actions, and causes of actions in this matter are dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs.

2. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties and this matter for the sole purpose of enforcing future compliance with the Settlement Agreement entered into by the parties.

3. The enforcement of the terms of the Settlement Agreement shall be initiated by a motion for an order to show cause, brought by the party seeking to enforce compliance with the Settlement Agreement.
