ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Based upon the Stipulation of Plaintiff Disabled Rights Action Committee and Defendant Regis Corporation, and good cause appearing therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted against Defendant Regis Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates doing business as Regis Hairstylists, Master Cuts Family Hairstylists, and Regis Trade Secret ("Regis") are dismissed with prejudice and that the clerk shall mark this case settled, discontinued, and ended as pertaining to Regis.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
