On September 13, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report pursuant to the Court's Order served August 16, 2024, advising that respondent may request computations based on information provided by petitioners, and as a result, respondent is requesting additional time to prepare a decision document for petitioners' review and signature and for filing with the Court.

ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2024, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a further report (joint or separate) advising with specificity as to the then present status of the case.
