ORDER GRANTING DIRECTV'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AGAINST JOE SHIFLETT

This matter is before the Court on DirecTV's Motion for Summary Judgment Against Joe Shiflett, filed on March 19, 2004. In the three and a half intervening months, Mr. Shiflett has not responded to this motion. The local rules state that "[f]ailure to respond timely to a motion for summary judgment may result in the court's granting the motion without further notice." DUCivR56-1(f). Given the length of time since the original filing of this motion and the overall silence from Mr. Shiflett in this case, the Court is confident such a course is appropriate here. It is hereby

ORDERED, that DirecTV's Motion for Summary Judgment Against Joe Shiflett is GRANTED.
