THIS MATTER comes on regularly for review before the Court upon the Stipulation for Dismissal filed by Plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. ("DIRECTV") and defendant Mark Blunck ("Blunck").

IT IS ORDERED that DIRECTV's action against Blunck, as expressed in the pleadings filed in this matter, is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
