ORDER


THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the parties consent Motion to disburse One Million Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Three and 79/100 Dollars ($1,027,847.92), which has been paid into the Court, pursuant to Rule 67 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and this court's orders filed January 25, 2002, and January 18, 2003. The Court having reviewed the file and for good cause shown, enters an order pursuant to Rule 67 as follows:

THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS THAT:

1. $1,027,773.79, plus any additional accrued interest, on deposit with the Court shall be disbursed as follows:

a. Amerilink LLC, as successor in interest to Amerilink Corp., d/b/a NaCom, shall receive $665,000.00 at 438 Main Street, Suite 225, Buffalo, NY 14202; and

b. DIRECTV, Inc. shall receive $70,000.00 c/o Ted Suzuki at 2230 East Imperial Highway, El Segundo, CA 90245; and

c. PrimeTV, LLC shall receive $292,847.92, plus any additional accrued interest less the registry fee, at 1930 North Poplar Street, Suite 21, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
